Howard Day is an accredited Expert Witness through the Academy of Experts and can act for a party or as a single joint Expert. He has experience of acting in cases detined for the High Court and the Lands Tribunal. He was an Expert in the high profile case of Courage vs Crehan where he was cross-examined in the high court before the case progressed to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.

Howard also has considerable experience of arbitration and he has been appointed to the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. If there is an arbitration clause under which the dispute can be resolved, you may consider referring the matter to him.

Mediation is becoming a popular method of resolving disputes and courts are expecting partners to try mediating before incurring the cost and uncertainty of Court. Howard Day is an accredited mediator and can use his generic mediation skills to facilitate a settlement, which can be any form of commercial dispute.
