Initial Advice
Expert advice provided before negotiations with the landlord or tenant. At this stage, a target rent or range can be agreed.
Or, if you prefer to negotiate the rent yourself but would like a formal report upon which to base such negotiations, this can be provided as a Rental valuation (under RICS guidelines).
Negotiations
You can have the complete negotiations undertaken for you, thanks to our expertise in this area. Just sit back and leave us to negotiate with a view to achieving a pre-agreed target rent.
You'll be kept informed about the progress throughout and receive a report back once agreement is reached, or we recommend referring the matter to a third party for settlement.
Representation at Arbitration
Should the rent review be referred to arbitration (or an Independent Expert), then it's important that an experienced professional represents you.
