Simon joined Howard Day Associates in February 2008. He is a specialist pub valuer with over 20 years experience. Having worked for C.Hebden Phillips & Son in Canterbury for many years he is now living in South East London. Simon has an extensive knowledge of the licensed sector in Kent and South East England.
He commits the majority of his time to running our agency business though also uses his experience to advise clients on other activities including eg inventories, tenancy changeovers.

John joined Howard Day Associates in April 2008 as Office Manager responsible for administering the business. He has previously held Business Operations management positions with major international companies. His role is to enhance and develop the business analysis work the company undertakes and is also involved with supporting our agency business.
John is the Company Secretary for Howard Day Associates.

Colin Lizieri

Colin is a non-executive director of Howard Day Associates and the Grosvenor Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy. Colin is a recognised expert and author on the subject of Property Finance and Investment publishing widely in professional and academic journals. He provides expert advice and consultancy for international organisations, national governments, professional bodies and a wide range of private sector clients and he has acted as an expert witness in the Lands Tribunal.
