Rupert joined Howard Day Associates as a graduate surveyor in 2004 after completing a degree in Investment and Finance at Reading University. Whilst at university he had work experience placements in the London Offices of FPD Savills and Knight Frank. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2007. He commits a large proportion of his time to agency work as well as using his development and financial expertise to advise clients on development and investment issues.

Simon joined Howard Day Associates in February 2008. He is a specialist pub valuer with over 20 years experience. Having worked for C.Hebden Phillips & Son in Canterbury for many years he is now living in South East London. Simon has an extensive knowledge of the licensed sector in Kent and South East England.

John joined Howard Day Associates in April 2008 as Office Manager responsible for administering the business. He has previously held Business Operations management positions with major international companies. His role is to enhance and develop the business analysis work the company undertakes.

Alexandra Day

Alex graduated from Reading University with an honours degree in Economics and started her career with a major international company as a business analyst. She has also had a successful career in business and economics education having obtained a masters degree. Alex is the Company Secretary for Howard Day Associates.

Colin Lizieri

Colin is a non-executive director of Howard Day Associates and the Professor in charge of the Department of Real Estate and Planning at the University of Reading. He is a recognised expert and author
on the subject of Property Finance and Investment and has given expert evidence in court.
